Hart, an accomplished, energetic, and team-oriented attorney with extensive experience in both complex litigation and transactional work, including estate planning and contract review, preparation, and negotiation. Prior to her career as an attorney, Ms. Hart was for 12 years a congressional aide who utilized savvy strategic thinking and government relations expertise to advance and implement public policy, legislative goals and objectives, and client/constituent services. She has proven success in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with congressional, state, and municipal legislative members and staff; agencies; small businesses; and non-profit organizations.
